Who Is the First "Blackest" President

Bill Clinton is heralded as the first "black President". Huh? It's not quite so clear. Many black Americans choose the democrat out of habit. Of course, the democrats are given so much credit for the largesse they love to spread to the minorities. If these same folks would really stop and think about the conditions in which they live. I mentioned habit. Many Blacks, especially, are addicted to the "dole". Unfortunately, it is only enough to keep them addicted (habit) and never rise even one rung of the ladder higher; sometimes from deplorable conditions.

Statistically, many black families, after reaching the so-called middle class, start voting for the more conservative Republicans. They tend to like tax cuts. I wonder why? This is the great fear of the Democrats.

To get votes, the Dems under President Johnson, created the War on Poverty. It should probably more accurately be dubbed "the War to Keep Blacks in Poverty". Why does the lackluster former president, Jimmy Carter, keep building houses for minorities some 40 years later! Did something not work? He really needs to take his hammer and nails to New Orleans. The videos of the poorer areas of the city could be likened to rats getting out of a sinking ship! This was the result of decades of democratic control; city and state.

Percentage wise, there have been more black families achieve the middle class in the last 7 years than any other similar period in history. Want to guess who was President and which party controlled the congress for the majority of years?

Let us examine a couple of more factoids. During the 8 years of the Clinton "whorehouse", the United States spent about 2 billion dollars in aid to the African continent. President Bush has directed more than 15 billion dollars to the same recipients in less time. So, it seems to me that the black community, in support of their bretheren, should give the President a lot of claim to being the "First Black President". Okay, you're addicted, so, at least give him a "gray".
